Dear CAFA Members:
The time is coming quickly for another Texas Tea Party reunion. While I have participated in the past - I have not had the pleasure of organizing the picnic. I believe this picnic is just one of the great ways to let city leaders know that we are not going to fade into the woodwork and that there is an organization that cares about giving people of Texas the right to vote on ALL issues that affect them. I know that the past successful Texas Tea Party events were not managed by one person alone and neither can the future Texas Tea Parties. I would greatly appreciate any input regarding the past Texas Tea Parties. Suggestions and past experiences will help to make it another successful endeavor for CAFA. I would love input as to what are your ideas for guest speakers, recognitions, entertainment and food to name just a few areas help is needed.
Volunteers are also needed to assist in the planning and organizing of the event as well as, guiding members and guest the day of the event to insure its success. Please contact me direct by telephone or email. Let me know what you can do to make this another great memorable CAFA endeavor. You determine how much time and effort you can share.
Please let me know what foods or beverages you can provide and I will start a list to help keep track and hopefully post it to let you all know what is still needed. So, while no dish will be turned down – make sure you get your favorite choice in there first!
